The National Basketball Association (NBA) has five games on tap for Tuesday, December 29 and it’s a great night to play some daily fantasy basketball on DraftKings!
On the schedule tonight (all times eastern):
Detroit Pistons at New York Knicks, 7:30 p.m.
Atlanta Hawks at Houston Rockets, 8:00 p.m.
Miami Heat at Memphis Grizzlies, 8:00 p.m.
Milwaukee Bucks at Oklahoma City Thunder, 8:00 p.m.
Cleveland Cavaliers at Denver Nuggets, 9:00 p.m.
Cleveland’s Kyrie Irving made his return to action last week, but will miss Tuesday night’s game against Denver as he sits due to the back-to-back games. However, word is that this will be his first schedule scratch for the remainder of the season.
Others expected to miss tonight’s action (or have limited minutes and should be avoided) for various reasons are: Josh McRoberts (Miami); Nicolas Batum (Charlotte); David Lee (Boston); Marcus Smart (Boston); and Emmanuel Mudiay (Denver).
Our sleeper tonight is Memphis’ Mario Chalmers. The guard has averaged 18.6 fantasy points per game this season, but we expect he will give at least 24 points for only $3,900.
Tonight’s optimal lineup for DraftKings NBA is as follows:
NBA TV will air Milwaukee at Oklahoma City nationally at 8:00 p.m. eastern.
