The UFC will continue their busy year with UFC Fight Night 58 on Saturday night in Brazil, but mixed martial art fans around the world cannot wait for a few weeks from now when Jon Jones battles Daniel Cormier for the light heavyweight title at UFC 182.

UFC 182: Jones vs. Cormier will take place on Saturday, January 3 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Pay-Per View.

Current champion Jones will look to defend his title for the eighth straight time and move one-step closer to the all-time record of 10 consecutive set by former middleweight champion Anderson Silva.

Cormier enters January 3rd undefeated in 15 professional MMA fights and brings with him a Strikeforce heavyweight title.

These two fighters have serious bad blood between the two of them and will finally be able to settle their beef inside the Octagon to start off 2015. Will Jones be the champion once again or will the contender take home the belt and stay undefeated? Watch UFC 182 in January to find out!

The co-main event features Donald Cerrone taking on undefeated Myles Jury in a three-round lightweight bout.
